Alex’s Deep Navel: Sucked Out, Pushed Out & Tied Tight

I start by slowly, greedily working my fingers deep into his navel, twisting and pressing until he’s breathing hard. Then I stand on his stomach barefoot, putting my full weight on him, watching his navel sink and bulge under my feet. I take a cut syringe and begin sucking his deep innie out. With every pull of the plunger it turns into a sensitive, protruding outie. I play with it — sucking it out, letting it slip back in, then it out again. Finally I tightly wrap black thread around the base of his now-exposed navel, locking it in place — small, firm, and helplessly sticking out of his stomach.
