No. 272 Riverside Exposure 1

I chose the riverside again. The river's current is as calm as ever, and that, in a way, gives me a gentle push forward. Today, dressed in yet another embarrassing outfit, I walk slowly along the promenade near the water's edge, rather than on top of the embankment. The sensation of gravel beneath my feet brings back memories of the last time I walked here. People passing by glance at me briefly before quickly looking away—for some reason, that repetition feels comforting. My reflection on the water's surface sways gently, making me feel strangely as if I were someone else. When I pass under the bridge, I have no intention of stopping. If anything, there's something here that makes me want to keep walking along this river even longer. Maybe next time I'll cross to the other side. Your “likes” will decide my next route.
