The subject's oral cavity is suppressed via improvised restraint to minimise acoustic interference. A full deprivation helmet is fitted — nasal apertures only. She is secured in an X-position using industrial cable ties fixed to wall anchors. Final layer: over-ear headphones, brown noise, calibrated volume. At this point the subject ceases to exist in the room. She exists only inside herself. The Wartenberg wheel is introduced without warning — axillary regions, intercostal spaces, breast tissue, nipples, abdomen, labia. She cannot predict trajectory, pressure, or interval. Ice is applied to the labia. Introduced internally.
