Hardcore CBT with Fishhooks and Needles

First I nail his balls down to a wooden plank.. Than we have some fishhooks to pull his tiny shrimp up in the air.. Some needles on the side before I shove 12 cm long needle THROUGH HIS BALLS! As cherry on top I finish this artwork with some candle wax in the hole I created with the fishhooks.. When he thinks we are done, I'll grab the magic wand and let the fun begin!
